The fiscal revenue and expenditure data released by the Ministry of Finance yesterday showed that in the first 11 months of 2024, the national general public budget revenue was 19,901 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.6%, and the cumulative decline continued to narrow; the national general public budget expenditure was 24,505.3 billion yuan, an increase of 2.8% year-on-year, with a continuous rebound in the cumulative growth rate. In November, the effort in broader fiscal expenditure was strengthened, with national general public budget expenditure and national government fund budget expenditure both expanding compared to the previous month.
