The total issuance amount of this bond does not exceed 10 billion yuan, of which the sixth phase issuance scale does not exceed 2 billion yuan, and the actual issuance scale reached 2 billion yuan. This bond is divided into two varieties: Variety one is a 5-year fixed-rate bond, which includes the issuer's redemption option at the end of the 3rd year, the option to adjust the coupon rate, and the investor's put option, with an actual issuance scale of 0.5 billion yuan, a coupon rate of 2.20%, and a subscription multiple of 3.06 times; Variety two is a 7-year fixed-rate bond, which includes the issuer's redemption option at the end of the 5th year, the option to adjust the coupon rate, and the investor's put option, with an actual issuance scale of 1.5 billion yuan, a coupon rate of 2.49%, and a subscription multiple of 1.58 times.
