On December 16, the Party Committee of the People's Bank of China held a meeting to convey and study the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference. In accordance with the deployment of the National Financial System Work Meeting, measures for implementation were researched and clarified. The meeting emphasized better support for key areas and weak links in high-quality development. It insisted on the fundamental purpose of financial services for the real economy, improved the policy framework for the financial "Five Major Issues," and guided commercial Banks to continuously optimize the Crediting structure. Scientific use of structural MMF tools, in coordination with fiscal and other policies, would form a policy "combined punch," focusing on supporting Technology innovation, green development, boosting Consumer spending, stabilizing foreign trade, and promoting the stable development of the Real Estate market and Capital Markets.
