Recently, the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Qatar Stock Exchange signed a memorandum of understanding to further strengthen business cooperation and exchanges between the two Capital Markets. The Shanghai Stock Exchange stated that this partnership with QSE is expected to deepen communication and explore cooperation opportunities in areas such as ETFs, data, and Index products, as well as collaborate on initiatives related to sustainable development. QSE expressed hope that by signing the MOU with the Shanghai Stock Exchange, they can integrate their businesses and drive mutual innovation and growth in both Capital Markets. Next, the Shanghai Stock Exchange will, under the unified deployment of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, adhere to the principle of promoting reform through openness and continue to explore diversified cooperation mechanisms with Exchanges in the Middle East. Strengthening bilateral cooperation, exploring multilateral cooperation, and continuously enriching forms of cooperation and deepening cooperation content will further support the smooth and orderly advancement of high-level institutional openness.
