After the completion of this transaction, the business scope of Gu Heng Company will remain unchanged, aligning with the company's main Business scope. The company will amend the articles of association, legal representative, and organizational structure of Gu Heng Company based on actual circumstances. Upon completion of this transaction, Gu Heng Company will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements, further expanding the scale of the company's main Business.
