The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently announced the "2024 National Advanced Manufacturing Industry Cluster List", with a total of 35 clusters listed. It is clear that provincial-level industrial and information technology authorities should strengthen scientific planning, adhere to classified guidance, implement precise measures, and increase policy support for the construction of national-level clusters; national-level clusters should effectively organize and implement cultivation and enhancement plans, improve comprehensive competitiveness, and promote clusters to accelerate their progress towards world-class status; organizations promoting cluster development should continue to strengthen their own capacity building and enhance their specialized service capabilities. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will carry out monitoring and evaluation of the development level of national-level clusters, establish a comprehensive competitiveness evaluation and dynamic adjustment mechanism for the clusters, and support advantageous areas to take the lead in building a number of advanced manufacturing industry clusters with world influence.
