Yangzhou will implement a support policy for loan amounts under the "old for new" housing provident fund program. For new homes purchased under the "old for new" scheme recognized by the competent authority, the maximum loan amount for the borrower's family can be increased by 20% (not applicable for repeated enjoyment), referring to the housing provident fund loan support policy for improved residences in the city. The support policies for "old for new", green buildings, and families with multiple children can be enjoyed in conjunction.
