On December 16, the National Energy Administration held the 2025 regulatory work meeting in Beijing. The meeting pointed out the need to emphasize collaboration and maintain high pressure, strengthen fair and open regulation of electric grids and Oil & Gas pipeline facilities, revise relevant regulatory measures, explore inter-departmental joint actions, and enhance regulation in areas of natural monopoly in the energy sector.
