The sales volume of newly built commercial housing was 8512.5 billion yuan, a decrease of 19.2%, of which residential sales fell 20.0%. At the end of November, the sales area of commercial housing was 732.86 million square meters, an increase of 12.1% over the previous year. Among them, the residential area for sale increased by 18.4%.
