The second working meeting of the first session of the Standardization Working Group for Ice and Snow Equipment Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was successfully held on the 13th in Peking. Xin Chenhua, a Secondary Inspector of the Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated that the working group should fully leverage its role to promote the high-quality development of the ice and snow equipment industry. First, the top-level design of standards should be strengthened, addressing the lack of standards in the ice and snow equipment Industry from both supply and demand sides, organizing the construction of guiding principles for the establishment of industry standards, and accelerating the development of testing and comprehensive evaluation standards for ice and snow venue facilities and personal sports equipment maintenance and support equipment. Second, the direction of standard development should be expanded to focus on the high-end, Asia Vets, and green development of ice and snow equipment, reinforcing the reserves of forward-looking and leading technical standards. Third, deepening the exchange and cooperation of standards, encouraging collaboration among enterprises, research institutes, and Universities to jointly establish a public service platform for the quality testing and evaluation of ice and snow equipment products, enhancing basic research and testing capabilities, and striving to improve standard innovation capabilities.
