On the 14th, Egyptian Prime Minister Madbouli announced in Aswan Province that the Kom Ombo Photovoltaic Power Station, constructed by Chinese companies, has begun operation. The Kom Ombo Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Aswan Province in southern Egypt, covering an area of 10 square kilometers, with an installed capacity of 500 megawatts, constructed by CH ENERGY ENG. After the station goes operational, it is expected to provide electricity to 256,000 Egyptian households. During the inauguration ceremony, Madbouli stated that this is a key step in promoting Wind Power development and demonstrates Egypt's firm commitment to achieving environmental and economic sustainability.
