There are favorable conditions to leverage globalization in the digital age, and continued high-level opening up is needed to utilize both types of resources and two markets. She pointed out that the development of cross-border e-commerce has a favorable international and domestic environment. At the same time, multi-link, cross-border trade increases regulatory challenges; it is necessary to encourage compliance among domestic enterprises and strengthen regulation, while also requiring multi-national cooperation in governance.
