Bank of America strategists stated that investors have once again directed funds into China Stocks over the past week. As of Wednesday of that week, China Stock Funds received approximately $5.6 billion in capital allocation, marking the largest Inflow in nine weeks, according to strategists including Michael Hartnett, citing EPFR Global data. He also believes that the first quarter of next year is an entry point for non-US Stocks. Since investors have already deployed a significant amount of positioning for the rise of the dollar and US Treasury yields, there is a risk of overshooting in early next year. He believes that under the assumption of persistent inflation forcing the Fed to become more hawkish, Bonds, Gold, and international Stocks are attractive.
