APT Medical Inc. announced that on December 12, 2024, the second Board of Directors' twentieth meeting and the second Supervisory Board's seventeenth meeting were held to review and approve the proposal regarding the use of raised funds and self-owned funds to increase capital for a wholly-owned subsidiary. The company agreed to increase capital by 0.7 billion yuan to its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Hongtong Industrial Co., Ltd., of which the interest-bearing loan of 0.438 billion yuan provided from raised funds will be converted to capital increase, and 0.262 billion yuan will be increased from self-owned funds. After the capital increase is completed, Shanghai Hongtong's registered capital will increase from 18.4893 million yuan to 26.5482 million yuan, remaining a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
