Baolingbao Biology announced that the company plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary by no more than 0.622 billion yuan to construct a functional sugar project in the USA, in order to meet the growing Order demands of international clients. The project is expected to be completed within 36 months and achieve production, and is estimated to add a functional sugar production capacity of 0.03 million tons per year after reaching capacity. The project funding will come from self-owned funds and self-raised funds, which include but are not limited to equity financing, Bonds financing, and bank loans.
