It is now proposed to sign the contract for the winning project. As Tianrui Company's controlling shareholder, Shaanxi Nonferrous Tianhong New Energy Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd., the actual controller of the company, thus this transaction constitutes a related party transaction. The contract amount is 8.7 million yuan, and the delivery time is within six months after the contract is signed and the buyer's official order production notification is received. The payment method is to pay in installments according to the ratios of the advance payment, delivery payment, performance acceptance payment, and warranty payment as stipulated in the contract.
