The partnership has a term of 12 years, and upon expiration of the fund's existence, it can apply for an extension of up to two times, each for one year. The investment direction mainly focuses on the top ten XINXINGCHANYE in Anhui Province and the layout of future industries and other industries key to municipal governments in various cities, with a focus on investing in small and medium-sized technology innovation enterprises that have a certain degree of technological content, newer business models, and are in the startup phase.
