Currently, the market remains in a "pulse response" after the policy rollout, and the measures proposed in the meeting are expected to help moderately boost demand in the real estate market, among which the supply-side adjustment measures are very important. It is recommended that investors, when considering investment opportunities in the Real Estate Industry, should comprehensively take into account the quality of land reserves held by real estate companies, the stability of short-term Operation conditions, and the valuation levels of the enterprises.
