On December 12, local time, John Kirby, the National Security Council's Strategic Communication Coordinator at the White House, stated during a press briefing that USA President Biden approved a new security assistance plan for Ukraine on the same day, which will provide Ukraine with more air defense systems, artillery, Drones, and Armoured Fighting Vehicles. Kirby noted that this is the 72nd such aid package announced by the USA, and additional assistance packages will continue to be provided until the end of this administration.
