Frank Sell, the vice chairman of Bosch's supervisory board, stated that the company has recently announced a series of employee reduction plans that threaten approximately 8,000 to 0.01 million jobs in Germany. Bosch employs about 0.135 million employees in Germany. Regarding whether Bosch employees will follow Volkswagen employees and go on strike, Sell mentioned that labor representatives and the union are drafting an action plan for next year, which does not rule out the possibility of a strike. Sell himself is the chairman of the labor committee of Bosch's mobility solutions division.
