At the same time, various regions have successively introduced relevant rules or carried out special activities, so that mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of enterprises have direction and ambition. According to the reporter's investigation, up to now, Shanghai, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Shenzhen, Tianjin and other places have issued relevant documents to support enterprises to carry out mergers, acquisitions and restructuring; places such as Shanxi, Beijing, Hubei, Hunan, and Qingdao have “answered questions and answers” for enterprises through symposiums or training sessions. According to Tian Lihui, dean of the Financial Development Research Institute at Nankai University, support policies in various regions mainly show three major trends. One is the continuous strengthening of the logic of industrial collaboration; the second is the continuous improvement of the efficiency and regulatory inclusiveness of mergers and acquisitions services; and the third is to insist on strengthening risk prevention.
