The meeting of the chairperson and all committee members of the Regional Equity Market Professional Committee of the Securities Industry Association was held in Chongqing on December 5. The regional equity market must further deeply implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th National Congress, using the new 'National Nine Guidelines' as a guideline, persist in comprehensively deepening reforms, focus on breaking through institutional and structural barriers, explore innovative pilot projects based on local conditions, develop new productive forces, establish a basic service system, a comprehensive financial service system, and a cultivation system for listing norms that align with local realities and the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, and continuously enhance comprehensive financial service capabilities. At the same time, the functional positioning of the regional equity market is still in the exploratory stage, and local innovative explorations should emphasize the simultaneous advancement of norms and development, with all risk prevention and supporting measures implemented in parallel.
