Ukrainian Finance Minister Marchenko believes that even if the USA stops providing assistance, Ukraine has 'sufficient funds and Weapons to resist at least until the first half of 2025.' When asked what would happen if the USA stopped offering aid to Ukraine, he stated that the cessation of support from the USA might pose serious challenges to Ukraine's defensive capabilities, but it does not inevitably lead to collapse. He said, 'We must develop a plan to create conditions for cooperating with the new government in the USA. Establishing trust for cooperation aligns with Ukraine's natural interests. I believe this should be a priority Global Strategy for Ukraine and Europe.' Marchenko noted that Ukraine is currently receiving necessary Weapons from the USA. 'This means that, at least in the first half of next year and beyond, we are well-equipped and capable of resisting conflicts. Ukraine must wisely utilize this time to hold necessary negotiations with our main allies in the USA.'
