Beijing Airport High-Tech Park announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Peking Tianli Power Heating Co., Ltd., held by the controlling shareholder Beijing Airport Development, at an assessed value of 74.42 million yuan. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction. Tianli Power mainly engages in heating services, and after the acquisition, it will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Airport High-Tech Park, aiming to enhance the company's industry chain integrity and service system in the capital airport economic zone, improving profitability and risk resistance capability. The transaction price will ultimately be subject to the assessed value approved by the authorized state-owned assets department.
