CMOC Group Limited announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation letter from Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Li Guojun, who is resigning for personal reasons. Li Guojun confirmed that there are no disagreements with the Board of Directors, nor are there any matters related to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the Company’s Shareholders or creditors. In accordance with relevant regulations, Li Guojun's resignation letter takes effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors, and he will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation.
