Jin'an Heavy Industry is a wholly-owned subsidiary jointly invested by the actual controller of the company, Tianjin Port (Group) Co., Ltd., and its wholly-owned subsidiary. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction. This transaction does not constitute a significant asset restructuring.
