It is agreed that Yutian Xingcheng will carry out the construction of the resettlement housing project in the high-speed rail new city area of Yutian County, with settlement conducted after third-party auditing. The Yutian County government designated Yutian Real Estate as the settlement entity for the project. Yutian Real Estate will apply for a special loan at the Agricultural Development Bank Yutian County branch to pay the settlement amount of the resettlement housing project of Yutian Xingcheng and subsequent construction costs, with the total loan principal not exceeding 0.79 billion yuan. Now, at the request of the lending bank, this loan needs to add a mortgage guarantee for the land use rights of the above resettlement housing project held by the subsidiary Yutian Xingcheng, with the guaranteed principal amount not exceeding 0.79 billion yuan and a guarantee period not exceeding 240 months. The overall risk of this guarantee is controllable, and there is no situation that harms the interests of the company and shareholders.
