The company plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam through its wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary Goldsun Holdings Pte. Ltd. and implement the investment construction of the functional shading new materials project, with a total investment not exceeding 40 million USD. No funds have been invested yet, and the project still requires approval or filing from relevant government departments.
