CRRC Corporation announced that, to implement the CRRC Sifang Zhihui Port project and meet the research and development office needs, its holding subsidiary Beijing Sifang Automation and wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Sifang intend to purchase customized properties, commercial properties, and parking spaces of CRRC Qingdao Technology Park, with a total transaction amount of approximately 0.868 billion yuan. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but not a major asset restructuring.
