Jiangsu newamstar packaging machinery announced that in order to improve the efficiency of fund utilization, the company and its subsidiaries plan to use no more than 0.1 billion yuan (inclusive) of temporarily idle self-owned funds for securities investment. The investment scope includes entrusted wealth management, new stock allocation or subscription, securities repurchase, investments in stocks and depositary receipts, bonds, fund products, securities derivatives, and so on. This limit can be recycled and used within 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors.
