WUXI APPTEC announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary WuXi Fund I has subscribed for the Jeito II S.L.P. investment fund amounting to 20 million euros, approximately 0.152 billion yuan, becoming a holder of Class A shares, accounting for 5.17% of the raised fund shares. The size of this investment fund does not exceed 1.2 billion euros, with approximately 0.387 billion euros already raised. The investment will be used for innovative companies in the biopharmaceutical sector, especially early-stage growth companies. This subscription does not constitute a related party transaction and does not require approval from the Board of Directors or the shareholders' meeting, and will not have a significant impact on the company's financial condition and operating results.
