Recently, the SASAC and NDRC jointly issued policy measures to promote the high-quality development of venture capital funds for central enterprises, support central enterprises in initiating the establishment of venture capital funds, with a focus on early investment, small investment, long-term investment, and investment in hard technology. These policy measures are also a practical move to implement the "17 policies to promote the high-quality development of venture capital", released by the General Office of the State Council. The initiation of venture capital funds by central enterprises is not only conducive to stimulating more social capital to actively participate, increasing the supply of patient capital, but also conducive to promoting state-owned capital to increase investment in forward-looking strategic emerging industries, establishing a more complete entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem, activating the vitality of the venture capital market, and accelerating the cultivation of new productive forces.
