On the evening of December 4, Jinhui Holdings announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the buyer, holding approximately 55.69% equity in an indirect subsidiary, signed an agreement with the seller on December 4, 2024, regarding the purchase of the ship. The purchase price of the ship is 24,520,000 USD (approximately 191,256,000 HKD). The ship will be delivered from the seller to the buyer between January 1, 2025, and February 28, 2025. The ship is a limit flexible vessel with a deadweight of approximately 61,441 tons, built by Dalian COSCO SHIP SG Kawasaki Ship Engineering Co., Ltd. in 2017. After the acquisition is completed, the ship will be leased to a third party to carry bulk dry commodities for rental income and to provide the group with regular freight and ship rental income. The group currently operates 33 ships, of which 25 are owned vessels and 8 are leased vessels, with a total carrying capacity of approximately 2,276,000 tons.
