Beigene announcement, shareholders HHLR Fund, L.P., Hillhouse BGN Holdings Limited, and YHG Investment, L.P. collectively reduced the overseas outstanding shares by 21.9973 million shares from June 8, 2023 to December 2, 2024 through centralized bidding and block trades. After this equity change, the quantity of shares held by HHLR Fund, L.P. and its affiliates decreased from 0.147 billion shares to 0.125 billion shares, and the proportion of shares held to the total issued shares of the company decreased from 10.61% to 9.02%. After this equity change, there has been no change in the status of the company having no controlling shareholders or actual controllers.
