On November 22, 2024, the company received a letter from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange stating that the Listing Committee of the Exchange determined that the company did not meet the resumption guidance by the resumption deadline of November 1, 2024, and decided to delist the company's shares in accordance with Listing Rule 6.01A(1). The letter indicated that unless the company exercises its rights under Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules to apply for a review of the decision, the last day of share trading will be December 6, 2024, and the shares will be delisted starting from 9:00 am on December 9, 2024. The company has made substantial progress towards resumption of trading, but due to objective reasons, it was unable to complete all resumption guidance work within the prescribed time. The company respects the decision of the Listing Committee. After considering the facts and circumstances of the company, the company will not apply for a review of the decision in accordance with the Listing Rules.
