Hunan Chendian International Development Co., Ltd announced that its subsidiary, Chenzhou Branch, received the "Tax Treatment Decision" from the Chenzhou Tax Bureau, requiring the company to pay 11.5635 million yuan in value-added tax, urban maintenance and construction tax, and other taxes, plus a late fee of 3.3605 million yuan. Additionally, the company's subsidiaries in Rucheng, Yongxing, Yizhang, and Linwu also conducted tax self-inspections and paid 3.8036 million yuan in taxes and 0.6499 million yuan in late fees. In total, tax payments amount to 15.3671 million yuan and late fees to 4.0103 million yuan, which are expected to impact the 2024 profit and loss by 19.3774 million yuan.
