At the recent 2024 China reits Annual Conference, regulatory officials revealed that a 1+N system framework is currently being formulated, where 1 refers to the 'Guiding Opinions on Further High-Quality Development of the reits Industry,' and N refers to the business details of asset service reits, asset management reits, and so on. Additionally, to promote deep transformation in the industry, regulatory authorities are accelerating the revision of the 'Trust Law' and pushing for the implementation of the reits property registration system and tax incentives for charitable reits at the earliest opportunity.
