Recently, TaiSiMicro announced that its self-developed automotive motor drive series chip TCM33x has officially passed the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive reliability certification and LIN compliance testing, entering the stage of mass supply. At the same time, the company's annual agent training and exchange conference was held recently. Since its release in March 2024, TCM33x has gained product adoption from almost all major component manufacturers and multiple designated projects from car manufacturers, entering a new phase of large-scale chip production and delivery. The motor types supported by TCM33x include mainstream motors such as stepper motors, direct current brushless motors, direct current brushed motors, and single-phase motors; application scenarios cover various fields including air conditioner outlets, air valves, seat ventilation, water valves, AGS, electric armrests, and electromagnetic expansion valves. According to reports, TaiSiMicro was established in 2019 and has formed a complete product matrix layout in the automotive specialized MCU field. In 2022, TaiSiMicro completed nearly 0.3 billion yuan in A+ round financing; in September 2023, it completed several tens of millions of yuan in strategic financing, with changzhou xingyu automotive lighting systems (601799) as the strategic investor; in April 2024, TaiSiMicro announced the completion of a round of strategic financing, with BoAo Group strategically investing.
