After the reorganization, the company has established a new '1+X' structure: '1' represents the group's core business, developing an industry-leading AI cloud that achieves seamless integration of large devices, foundational models, and AI applications. Each ecosystem enterprise will be managed by an independent CEO responsible for business development and will receive a more flexible incentive mechanism and financing channels. SenseTime stated that through this reorganization, the group will focus on core businesses represented by generative AI.
