Prudential Financial Group announced the promotion of Andy Sullivan to chief executive officer on December 3rd, replacing Charlie Lowrey. The 54-year-old Sullivan will take the helm at the end of March next year, having held leadership positions in all of the company's businesses since joining in 2011. Lowrey will then continue as the executive chairman for 18 months. Vice Chairman Robert Falzon, who has served the company for over 40 years, will leave the board of directors and retire in July next year. He previously served as the chief financial officer.
