According to a reporter from Financial Link, China Telecom, as the main enterprise in the mobile payments modern industry chain, is promoting collaborative innovation in the mobile payment industry chain with state-owned enterprises and ecological partners. It is reported that China Telecom's Wing Payment will be interconnected offline and will integrate with various third-party payment institutions, such as WeChat, Alipay, UnionPay, etc., connecting over 0.12 billion merchants and covering more than 60% of payment scenarios. So far, Wing Payment has connected with 122 central state-owned enterprises, and established a mobile payment industry alliance that brings together over 300 key enterprises along the industry chain. The total annual payment transaction amount has reached 1.1 trillion, and Wing Payment has a global monthly active user count of 45 million; this year, the number of cooperative central state-owned enterprises has increased by 27% year-on-year, while the number of connected local state-owned enterprises has increased by 460% year-on-year, and the payment transaction scale of central and state-owned enterprises has increased by 114% year-on-year.
