America's practice of generalizing the concept of national security and abusing export control measures to unwarranted blockade and suppress China has shaken the industry's trust and confidence in US chip products. In order to ensure the safety, stability, and sustainable development of China's Internet industry, I will call on domestic enterprises to take the initiative to take countermeasures, carefully choose to purchase US chips, seek to expand cooperation with chip companies in other countries and regions, and actively use chips manufactured by domestic and foreign companies in China.
