Recently, it was reported that Yu Yinan, Vice President of Horizon and former President of the software platform product line, has officially left the company. After leaving Horizon, Yu Yinan will focus on starting a business in embodied intelligence, mainly targeting consumer-grade products. Sina Technology has confirmed this with Horizon, but as of the time of publication, there has been no official response. According to public information, Yu Yinan holds a Ph.D. from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, specializing in deep learning, under the guidance of computer vision expert and former director of the Institute of Automation, Academician Tan Tieniu. In 2013, Yu Yinan joined Baidu Deep Learning Research Institute (Baidu IDL) to engage in computer vision research, at which time Yu Kai was the Executive Vice President of IDL.
