Efforts are being made to establish an information disclosure system that aligns with the characteristics and rules of reits. Recently, the Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges have respectively released multiple guidelines for information disclosure and related business handling for infrastructure reits. The release of these rules will further improve the rule system of infrastructure reits with a focus on "asset management," continuously enhancing the standardization, effectiveness, and relevance of information disclosure, and effectively urging the market participants of infrastructure reits to fulfill their responsibilities.
