Experts believe that the Regulation aims to further scientifically evaluate the situation and effectiveness of banks' financial institutions in providing financial services to small and micro enterprises from a regulatory perspective, which will help guide and motivate relevant institutions to make substantial efforts in inclusive finance, effectively improve the quality and efficiency of services to the real economy.
