Pangang group vanadium & titanium resources announced that, given the procurement and sales framework agreement signed with related parties for the years 2022-2024 is about to expire, in order to regulate transactions with related parties, the company plans to sign a procurement and sales framework agreement for the years 2025-2027 with its actual controller Ansteel Group. This constitutes a related party transaction and must be submitted for approval by the shareholder meeting. According to the announcement, from 2025 to 2027, the company expects to sell commodities to Ansteel Group amounting to 6.85 billion yuan, 7 billion yuan, and 71.5 billion yuan respectively, and the total amount of purchased commodities to be 11.88 billion yuan, 12.12 billion yuan, and 128.7 billion yuan respectively. The sold commodities mainly include vanadium titanium products, electrical utilities, and other products and services, while the purchased commodities mainly include raw and auxiliary materials, electrical utilities, and other products and services.
