After investigation, the following problems were found in CITIC Securities Branch's subordinate branches: CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. Zhenjiang Branch did not fulfill the responsibility of implementing real-name system management for individual clients, did not take corresponding management measures; inadequate employee management; failure to strictly regulate the professional behavior of staff, in violation of relevant regulations. CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. Xuzhou Jianguo West Road Securities Business Department had inadequate employee management, failed to take effective measures to prevent employees from privately accepting client orders to buy or sell securities, and did not timely report significant events that could affect client rights, which does not comply with relevant regulations. The above situations reflect that CITIC Securities Branch's compliance management is not in place and does not comply with relevant regulations. Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take administrative supervision measures to issue a warning letter to CITIC Securities Branch and record it in the integrity file of the securities and futures markets.
