Preliminary estimates show that the total tax and late fees to be repaid amount to approximately 60-70 million yuan, and the impact on net income is expected to account for more than 10% of the company's recently audited net income for the last accounting year. The company will make the payment and has submitted a written objection regarding the cancellation of the high-tech enterprise qualification.
