CSSC Science & Technology announced that the company holds a 45% equity stake in Jiangnan Shipbuilding Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. (Jiangnan Pipe Industry), which is being publicly offered for transfer for the second time on the property exchange. However, as of now, no interested buyers have been gathered. The company will continue to publicly list the stake at a price not lower than 80% of the assessed value of the 45% equity in Jiangnan Pipe Industry on the property exchange. Due to the absence of any interested buyers, there remains a risk of unsuccessful transfer of this public listing.
