Aico Technology announced that the board of directors has recently received the resignation letter from independent director Wang Fangming. Wang Fangming has applied to resign from the position of independent director of the third board of directors of the company, as well as from the audit committee member and convener, and from the compensation and assessment committee and nomination committee member positions due to personal reasons. After resigning, Wang Fangming will no longer hold any position in the company.
